Planning
Waiting until application time is stressful.
​I like to get started with students by sophomore or junior year. I guide students in selecting optimal coursework, making test plans and exploring careers so they are ready when application time comes.

Career Fit
Using professional and personal evaluation tools, I help students explore personality, aptitudes and interests to help   find a career direction.

Knowledge of Colleges
I have extensive college understanding gained by touring 30-35 schools each year to get a personal impression of campus culture and to stay current on new programs and facilities.

Scholarships
The largest scholarships come from the colleges themselves, so applying to the right schools is key to affordability.  I can also help students find and apply to local and national scholarships.

Applications
Applications come in many formats with many different deadlines. I guide each student to showcase his/her talents, considering how and when to apply, highlighting extracurricular activities, and helping the student write an essay that conveys the student's personality and goals.

Personal Coach
I provide an informed perspective to consider the needs and aspirations of students and their families.  I am a guide providing direction; the student does the work -- and hopefully has some fun along the way.
